4. Communication
   Masterpiece Resume relies on communication in all its forms as a significant facet of performing its services to meet our client’s expectations. To ensure smooth communications, the Client shall respond promptly to all questions, drafts, revisions and approvals to be sent to [email protected]. Responses need to be delivered in the form; of email, phone calls, mail or messenger service. Failure of the Client to respond within 30 days following the delivery of our service or response request will mean closure/completion of the Client’s project. It is in the best interest for Clients to provide complete, accurate and detailed information to ensure the process has the best possible outcome.
5. Copyright
   All content provided on this site is owned or licensed to Masterpiece Resume and is protected by the United States and International copyright laws. All content included on this site, such as graphics, text, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is the property of Masterpiece Resume. You may download and reprint content for non-commercial, non-public, personal use only. The Masterpiece Resume content my not be reproduced, transmitted, or distributed without the prior written consent of Masterpiece Resume (If you are browsing this site as an employee or member of any business or organization, you may download and re-print content only for educational or other non-commercial purposes within your business or organization, except as otherwise permitted by Masterpiece Resume).
6. Property Rights
   Masterpiece Resume retains property ownership of all work produced. Each project is crafted to ensure individual marketing needs are obtained. You are permitted to reproduce additional copies via, fax, scanner or copier, and can alter your own documents. You are not permitted to transfer ownership to another party or permit them to use the document as a template.
   
   You give Masterpiece Resume permission for the content of your resumes to be fictionalize published in; articles, columns, books, and industry-related publications, contest and as samples on our website at the discretion of Masterpiece Resume and with the understanding that all identifying information (name, address, email, phone number and employer names will be fictionalized to protect confidentiality).
7. Downloading Files
   Masterpiece Resume and it’s partners cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available from downloading through the site or via the services will be free of infection by software viruses or other harmful computer code, files or program (although we make every reasonable effort to avoid such situations and has not as of this writing, experienced any such problems in our history).
8. Password Security
   If you decide to become a client, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member identification and password information, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your use of identification and password.
9. User Conduct/Indemnification
   You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of this site, render the site inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the site or the content. You agree not to add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the content, or to attempt to access any content that is not intended for you. You agree not to use the site in any manner that interferes with the rights of third parties. You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Masterpiece Resume, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, joint ventures, business partners, licensor, employees, agents, and any third-party information providers to the service from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the site, the service, or the content, or any violation by you of this agreement.
10. Warranties/Guarantees
    I. You will have unlimited number of revisions during the draft process for cover letters and resumes once final copy is approved revisions are complete. Draft and revision process terminates within 30 days from date of first sent draft.
    
    II. Masterpiece Resume does not guarantee job placement or employment success. The success of our clients is directly based upon the commitment, effort and follow-up they incorporate our cover letters and resumes in to their job search campaign.
    
    III. You understand and agree that Masterpiece Resume will not confirm or attempt to verify any information provided by the client for any writing services. Masterpiece Resume will not be responsible for accuracy or truthfulness of any information provided by the client.
    
11. Quality Assurance
    At Masterpiece Resume, we do our best to proofread all produced products to ensure all errors are caught and corrected. However, as is inherent with the proofreading process, we cannot guarantee that all products that have been proofread are perfect and 100% error-free. The customer is responsible for reviewing and proofreading all produced products and must communicate any needed changes or corrections before accepting and distributing final copies. Masterpiece Resume will not be held responsible for any damages for any errors not communicated by the client for correction unless working with transition military where writing commences prior to interview through examination and use of content of requested military documents, wherein no refund will be produced.
    
12. Refunds
    Masterpiece Resume mission is to provide exceptional writing services at affordable pricing. We are under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any writing, editing or any other services under any circumstances unless explicitly put forth by Masterpiece Resume.
    
    I. Masterpiece Resume will not issue a refund of any writing service orders older than 30 days which are due to a customer’s failure to provide a resume or completed questionnaire required to perform resume writing service; prior to 30 days will be refunded 100% -$20.00 refund processing fee.
    
    II. Refund request on writing services within 24 hours of purchase will be refunded 100% of purchase price.
    
    III. Refund request for writing services prior to phone consultation will be refunded 100% of purchase price less $20.00 for cancellation processing fee.
    
    IV. Refund request for writing services within 24 hours after phone consultation, and before draft has been sent will be refunded at 40% of the purchase price. All writing starts after phone consultation.
    
    V. Masterpiece Resume will not issue refunds for any writing services after a draft has been sent to the Client.
    
13. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
    We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt-out of receiving any or all communications from Masterpiece Resume by contacting us here: http://masterpieceresume.com/contact/ or email at: [email protected]
